Piloted by famed Hollywood stunt driver, Bill Hickman, the sinister triple black 1968 Dodge Charger tears up the blacktop in an attempt to outrun Frank Bullitt's 1968 Mustang fastback.
As the Mustang closes the gap, the second assassin, played by Paul Genge, decides to take Steve McQueen's character, Lt. Frank Bullitt, out of the chase. In the reflection of the reflection, Bullitt finds himself seconds away from dodging the blast from the hit man’s shotgun.

All the elements come together to create the scene, kind of like the way a painting comes together for me — the title, the setting and the cars. In the movie, it's the characters, the cast, the story line, the scenery and the sound track (cars and music).With this painting, the title came first.
